Bachelor Of Science In Aerospace Engineering
I graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto with a degree in Aerospace Engineering 20 years ago. Although I did not pursue a career in aerospace, these years were foundational for me since all the skills I learned I realized were transferable. Engineering is all about problem solving, thinking outside the box, building systems, project planning and execution. Most importantly, it’s about innovation and creation. These are all skills you can apply to any business or profession. Instead of using 2D & 3D software such as Catia & Inventor for part designs, I now use 2D, 3D programs for video effects and compositing along with photoshop for content creation and marketing.
American Graphics Institute
I studied at the American Graphics institute in Manhattan for 1 year where I learned primarily UX design, wordpress, and programs for content creation such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects & Premier Pro through beginner to advanced training courses. I also took courses in Google Analytics, Indesign and Captivate. I take continuing education courses every year.
Google Certified Partner (Agency Standard With Skin Care Specialization)
This certification means I passed google skills tests and my accounts have a high quality score along with account spend. It is a badge that most marketing companies have if they are any good anyway.
Hacker You (Coding School)
I took private lessons for a year at Hacker You in Toronto for HTML, CSS & PHP for traditional website creation without using page builders which has made website creation much more user friendly in recent years.
Aesthetics (Diploma)
My boss at Field Aviation at the time thought I was crazy to leave my aerospace career to pursue a profession in the beauty industry yet here I am and I never turned back. After educating myself in skincare, I went on to learn how to use various laser and attended many education seminars on light and RF technologies through Cutera, Cynosure, Solta Medical & Allergan to name a few of the giants. I know how to use the most popular medical devices on the market.

Full Service Cosmetic Clinics:
I have the unique experience of setting up cosmetic practices and marketing them from zero to 7 figure businesses. Most of the last 18 years have been at Bellair Laser Clinic in Toronto with Dr Pugen & Dr Peter Bray. I also lived and worked in New York, under the direction of retired Plastic Surgeon Dr Eric Berger for 10 years. Gross sales came primarily from laser treatment sales and not injectables. If you are primarily selling injectables as a physician, you’re missing out on a big market in laser skin procedures and I know how to market them.
Body Sculpting Clinics:
I consulted/operated and created google ads for specific body sculpting clinics for 5 years in Toronto and New York.
Hair Loss Clinic:
I consulted/owned and operated a hair loss clinic and created google ads for a hair loss centres for 8 years which also grossed over 7 figures a year on average in non-surgical hair loss treatments alone.
